Davie Acquires Enersense Offshore Oy – Icebreaker Block Production to Begin in Pori
Enersense International Plc has signed an agreement to sell its subsidiary, Enersense Offshore Oy – the company’s Marine and Offshore Unit – to Davie, a shipbuilding group that is part of the Inocea Group. Inocea operates in Finland and Canada, including the Helsinki Shipyard. The Marine and Offshore Unit operates at the Mäntyluoto shipyard in Pori, Finland.
Enersense sells its Marine and Offshore Unit
Enersense International Plc has today signed a share purchase agreement to sell its subsidiary Enersense Offshore Oy, which constitutes the company’s Marine and Offshore Unit, to Davie. Davie is part of Inocea Group – a shipbuilding group with operations in Finland and Canada, including the Helsinki Shipyard. The Marine and Offshore Unit’s operations are located in a shipyard in Mäntyluoto, Pori.
